Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to join their client's dynamic team in California. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about B2B Marketing within a SAAS platform, supporting a technology-based data organization experiencing tremendous growth. The ideal candidate will possess a degree and have extensive experience in digital marketing and SEO campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and provide coaching to the marketing team while managing external vendors and technology partners, including those handling web development and integration.
  • Create engaging content to attract visitors to the company and its website.
  • Support strategic digital knowledge, web marketing, web analytics, content strategy planning, link building, and keyword strategy. Experience with Pay Per Click and SEO is essential.
  • Leverage expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and conversion optimization to lead cross-functional initiatives aimed at driving user acquisition, improving conversion rates, and enhancing customer lifetime value.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to measure and optimize campaign effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive continuous growth.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify key target audiences and develop tailored messaging and positioning strategies.
  • Collaborate with product management and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with product launches, promotions, and sales objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience with various marketing channels such as email marketing, PPC, SEM, SEO, SMS marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Proficiency in marketing data analysis, including analyzing data from A/B testing, conversion rates, and campaign results.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics and other web analytics platforms.
  • Comfortable with new marketing technologies and platforms, experienced with paid advertising through platforms like Facebook and Google.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and email marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business growth through innovative marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members to achieve their full potential.

Experience, Education, and Skillset

  • 4-8 years of experience in successfully developing and executing marketing and SEO campaigns.
  • Education requirement is a degree.

Additional Details

Max Pay: $85,000
Min Pay: $80,000
